Description
This is a winter shot of a beach fence at Sunken Meadow Park in Suffolk County, Long Island, holding back both sand dunes and small mounds of still-melting snow. I felt that the patterns of shadow and undulating sand fence were quite striking and beautiful. The bright light of this particular day, with the sun behind me, made it easier to see and try to capture the beauty of the sand fence patterns!
This makes a striking design and conversation piece on a beach towel. Sand fences all around, and one under you? Decorating an entire bathroom with this sort of beach and spatial theme is an alluring idea!
